Privacy Policy

Your privacy is the foundation of this product, not an afterthought. Every image you open is processed entirely inside your own browser — no file, pixel, or piece of metadata is ever uploaded to our servers. This policy explains exactly what does and does not happen with your data.

Effective date: August 5, 2026

The short version

  • Your images never leave your device — all processing is 100% client-side.
  • We do not require an account, and we never ask for personal information.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share data with advertisers or third parties.
  • No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are set by this site.

Image files and their contents

When you open an image with any tool on this site, the file is read directly by your browser using standard web APIs such as the File API, HTML5 Canvas, and WebAssembly. The image is decoded, processed, and re-encoded locally in memory on your own machine.

Because the entire pipeline runs in your browser, your images and their contents — including any embedded EXIF metadata, GPS coordinates, or thumbnails — are never sent to us or to any external service. When you close or reload the tab, that in-memory data is discarded.

Data stored on your device

To make the app pleasant to use, a small amount of preference data is kept in your browser using localStorage and cookies. This data stays on your device and is only used to power features you interact with directly.

  • Theme preference (dark or light) so the interface remembers your choice.
  • A short list of recently used tools, shown on the home page for convenience.
  • Your selected interface language, remembered via a cookie so the correct locale loads on return.

Server logs and hosting

This site is delivered as static files by a web host or content delivery network. Like virtually all websites, the hosting infrastructure may automatically record standard technical request logs — such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested — for security and reliability purposes. These logs are handled by the hosting provider and are not linked to any image you process, because your images are never transmitted in the first place.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary, first-party cookies. Specifically, a cookie remembers your preferred language so the site loads in the correct locale. We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear these cookies at any time through your browser settings without losing access to any tool.

Children's privacy

This service is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under the age of 13. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights

Since we do not collect or store your personal data on our servers, there is no account to delete and no personal profile to export. You remain in complete control: clearing your browser storage removes every preference this site has saved. If you have questions about your privacy, you can reach us using the contact details below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. The effective date shown on this page indicates when the current version took effect. Material changes will be reflected here, so we encourage you to review it periodically.
