Description of Service

PixelForge provides free, browser-based image processing tools including format conversion, compression, resizing, cropping, watermarking, color editing, and related utilities. All processing occurs locally in your web browser. No images or files are uploaded to our servers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use PixelForge only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for:

• The images and files you process using the service
• Ensuring you have the legal right to process, convert, or modify any images you use
• Any consequences resulting from your use of processed output files
• Maintaining the security of your device and browser

Intellectual Property

PixelForge and its original content, features, design, and source code are owned by the PixelForge team and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the images you process. We claim no ownership over any files you create or modify using our tools.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks
• Use automated systems to access the service in a way that exceeds normal usage

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of processed output. You are responsible for verifying all results before relying on them.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixelForge and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the service.

Because all processing occurs locally in your browser and no files are uploaded, we cannot be held responsible for any data loss or damage occurring on your device.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PixelForge and its maintainers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Changes to Terms
